What the enquiry form asks for
When you inquire about lessons, the form asks for your name and email address, and optionally a phone number. It also asks which studio and which lessons you are interested in, the student’s age group (10 to 17 years, or adult), whether they have taken music lessons before, and their lesson goals.
Who reads it
Your answers are sent to Katie Smith by email, so she can reply to you about lessons.
